The contact form also asks for your preferred contact method and your consent to be contacted. Please share only the health information you are comfortable sharing; we use it solely to respond to your request.

• to communicate with you about your request and any treatment you would like to discuss with us, by phone, WhatsApp or email;
• to operate this website and keep it secure.

We work with service providers that host this website and handle our email. They process information on our behalf only as far as needed to provide these services. If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also subject to WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy.

How long we keep it
